Automate your most expensive workflow.

In one paragraph

An AI agent is software that reads what arrives, drafts the next step and updates your records, then waits for a person to approve. It is not a chatbot, and it does more than an automation rule. We build one workflow at a time, in code you own. Built in Melbourne, working Australia-wide.

Pen-and-ink drawing of a small conveyor belt carrying sealed envelopes and blank forms across a desk from a wooden in-tray towards a calm hand resting beside a rubber stamp, with the conveyor belt in mint.

01The problem

The expensive workflow is always the same shape.

  • It arrives as documents

Emails, PDFs and forms, retyped into the system by hand.

  • It waits on a person

The one who knows the rules is the bottleneck.

  • It is never measured

Nobody knows what it costs a week, so nobody fixes it.

02The solution

Read, decide, act. A person approves.

We rebuild one workflow at a time, around your rules and on your accounts. The AI model is a part we can swap.

  1. ReadThe agent reads the email, the PDF or the form.
  2. DecideIt applies your rules, drafts the next step and flags the exceptions.
  3. ActOnce a person approves, it sends the quote, books the job or updates the record.

03Use cases

Fifteen jobs AI can take off your team.

We sort every hour of admin three ways: eradicate it, accelerate it, or reduce it.

Gone

Work that should not need a person at all.

  • Data moved between systems, never retyped
  • Onboarding and chasing emails
  • Status updates and payment reminders
  • Meeting notes turned into tasks
  • Your CRM updated after every call

Faster

Needs your judgement, not the first hour of it.

  • Proposals drafted from discovery notes
  • Client reports drafted from your numbers
  • A follow-up after every call
  • First-draft advice for sign-off
  • The weekly report, ready before the meeting

Smaller

Will not go away, but can shrink.

  • Shared inbox sorted, replies drafted
  • Documents checked before a person reads them
  • Staff questions answered from your own guides
  • Files found by asking
  • New starters onboarded without repetition

We start with the two or three that pay back fastest in your business.

04Already have software?

Beyond one workflow.

How we protect your data

  1. AI added to what you already runNo rebuild. Ask your own system a question, get drafts inside your tools, or hand off one repetitive step, with a person making the call.
  2. Voice and SMS agents: when to build, when to buyAn AI receptionist is a product you can rent, and for most businesses renting is right. Build one when the call must read and write your own records.
  3. Data and privacyYour records stay in a database you own, hosted in Australia. Nothing reaches a client until a person approves it.

07Questions

AI agents and automation, answered.

What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions in a window. An AI agent does a piece of the work: it reads the email or the PDF, drafts the reply or the quote, updates your records and waits for a person to approve. It works inside your system, not beside it.

How much does an AI agent cost in Australia?

Every build gets a fixed price before work starts, sized to your business. You can start with one fix, such as quoting or bookings, or build the whole system. The Blueprint, a short paid mapping stage, ends with that fixed quote, and its fee comes off the build.

Where does our data go?

Your records stay in a database you own, hosted in Australia. The AI model reads only what a step needs, nothing reaches a client until a person approves it, and we build to the Privacy Act and your own data policy.

Which AI models do you use?

The one that fits the job, most often the Claude AI model. The workflow is written so the model can be swapped, so you are never tied to one vendor.
