Every store, every order, one system.
In one paragraph
For franchise networks, food producers, distributors and cafés. One Business Operating System runs store ordering, multi-warehouse inventory, credit and invoicing, and deliveries with driver proof of delivery, plus loyalty and ordering on the till. It runs a 35-store franchise network today. Built in Melbourne, working Australia-wide.

01Where the admin hides
The orders arrive everywhere except the system.
What owners told us in discovery, in their words. Anonymised.
“Store orders still arrive on WhatsApp.”
Someone reads every message and keys the order in.
“Invoices typed by hand.”
Each one is rebuilt from the order, line by line.
“Nobody knows what is in which warehouse.”
Stock is counted on the shelf, not read from a record.
“Deliveries with no proof.”
A disputed drop is one word against another.
02What we build
One order, one record, from the store to the ledger.
Stock, invoice and delivery all read the same order. Each store places and follows its orders in its own portal.

04Questions from franchise and food teams
The things people ask before they call.
Can each store see only its own orders?
Yes. Roles decide who sees what, and a permanent record shows who changed what and when.
Does it work with our till?
With Square, yes: orders and payments from the app land straight on the till, and loyalty updates with them. For other tills, we connect where an integration exists.
Does the driver app need signal?
No. Sign-offs and photos queue on the phone and sync when it reconnects.
