Your data stays in Australia, and every change is checked.

In one paragraph

You hold your clients' personal details. Here is, in plain words, how we look after them. New systems are hosted in Australian data centres, nobody sees a record unless their role allows it, every change is written down, and a person answers when you call. Built in Melbourne, working Australia-wide.

What we commit to

  • Stored in Australia

We host new systems in Australian data centres.

  • Locked by default

Nobody sees a record unless their role allows it.

  • Every change written down

Who changed what, and when, kept in a log nobody can edit.

  • Privacy Act in mind

Built around the Australian Privacy Principles.

    Our privacy policy

  • Someone to call

Muhammad Awais, hello@cruxlabs.com.au, answered by a person within one business day.

  • What we use, and why

Real code, a database you own, servers in Australian regions, and open-source foundations another team could take over tomorrow. Not WordPress, not drag-and-drop tools.

  • Checked before it ships

Eight checks on every change, from leaked keys to a written undo plan.

All eight are on How we work

01AI and data

The things people ask before they call.

Where is our data kept?

In Australian data centres, in a database you own.

Who can see our data?

Only the people you give access to. Nobody sees a record unless their role allows it, and every change is kept in a log nobody can edit.

Which AI models do you use?

Mainly the Claude AI model, for reading documents, drafting and answering questions. The case studies say which systems use it.

Will AI replace anyone on our team?

No. AI takes the repeat admin off the people you have, so they do more of the work you hired them for. Agents read, draft and chase, and a person approves anything that goes out. If the plan is a smaller team, we are the wrong fit, and we will say so on the first call.
