The whole practice in one view.
In one paragraph
For accounting firms, bookkeepers and tax agents. One practice management system runs client files and onboarding, tasks on ATO cycles, invoicing and collections, documents and a client portal, with AI that reads BAS, tax returns and bank statements. Built, tested and ready for its first firm. Built in Melbourne, working Australia-wide.

01Where the admin hides
The practice runs on email and four copies of every client.
What owners told us in discovery, in their words. Anonymised.
“Documents chased by email every BAS cycle.”
The same reminder, written again for every client.
“The same client typed into four tools.”
Files, tasks, billing and email each keep their own copy.
“Partners cannot see where the practice stands.”
Work in progress lives in inboxes and spreadsheets.
“Collections by spreadsheet.”
Who owes what is worked out by hand.
02What we build

04Questions from accounting firms
The things people ask before they call.
Is this running for a firm today?
Not yet. Full practice management for a mid-tier firm is built, and Crux Practice, our own system with the AI document reading and the bank feeds, is built and tested. The first firm is next.
What can the AI read?
Tax returns, BAS, financial statements, bank statements and ASIC extracts. It files each one and proposes the task and the entry. A person confirms.
Where is client data kept?
In Australian data centres, in a database the firm owns.
