The challenge
A security guard services firm handled its client-facing work by hand: putting together quotes, preparing tenders, and raising invoices. Each new client meant hours of repetitive work before anything moved, and off-the-shelf security software did not cover it.
What we built
We built a system that automates the whole initial client journey: quoting, tender making, and invoicing run themselves, with the firm stepping in only where judgment is needed. It is capability no existing security software offered them.
What changed
Work that used to take hours now takes minutes, and the firm can take on new clients without the admin bottleneck that used to slow every one of them down.
