The challenge
AccountsBridge, a mid-tier accounting firm, was running on a stack of separate tools that did not talk to each other. Client work, staff workflows, and internal operations each lived in a different subscription, and the gaps between them were filled by hand.
What we built
We built them one custom operating system: a single place that runs their clients, their staff, and their internal flows, shaped around how the firm actually works. As a partner, we also take on their clients' IT needs, so the firm can offer more without growing headcount.
What changed
The subscriptions collapsed into one system the team owns. The busywork between tools went away, and the firm has a platform it can grow on rather than a pile of apps to hold together.
