The challenge
Accounting firms run on a stack of tools that were never meant to work together: one for clients, one for tasks, one for invoicing, one for documents. The partners cannot see where the practice stands without stitching a spreadsheet together, and every new client means the same details typed into four places.
What we built
We built Crux Accounts, one system for the whole practice: client files and onboarding, task tracking on ATO cycles, invoicing and collections, documents and team chat, and dashboards for owners, staff and clients. It is multi-tenant per workspace, and every write is audited with a named author.
What changed
One login and one record per client, with the practice visible in one view. It is in production today, and it is the system we live with ourselves.
