We built a bespoke digital platform combining a participant management portal, automated scheduling system, compliance documentation workflows, and a public-facing consultation booking tool. Process Mapping & Gap Analysis
Spent two weeks embedded with the client team, mapping every manual touchpoint from first participant inquiry through to active support delivery. Identified 14 distinct manual processes that could be automated or digitised without changing how the team fundamentally operates.
Platform Architecture
Designed a unified platform architecture where participant data, scheduling, and compliance documentation share a single source of truth. Eliminated the need to update the same information in multiple places — the root cause of most of their errors.
Portal Build & Integration
Built the participant management portal, support worker scheduling interface, and automated compliance documentation system. Integrated a consultation booking system on the public website, connected directly to the internal scheduling backend.
