Ten yes or no questions, and an answer with its reasons. No email needed to see your result. Built in Melbourne, working Australia-wide.

## The questions

1. Your process differs from the industry norm in a way you want to keep. (a yes counts towards building)
2. You pay per seat for more than two tools. (a yes counts towards building)
3. Two or more tools hold the same customer. (a yes counts towards building)
4. You have been told “the platform cannot do that” in the last year. (a yes counts towards building)
5. You have more than one role with a different view of the same job. (a yes counts towards building)
6. You need a client or driver portal. (a yes counts towards building)
7. You want AI to read and draft inside the workflow, not in a side window. (a yes counts towards building)
8. Your data must stay in Australia. (a yes counts towards building)
9. You have fewer than a handful of jobs a week. (a yes counts towards buying)
10. You need it running next month. (a yes counts towards buying)

## How we calculate this

Each yes to questions 1 to 8 adds a point for building. A yes to question 9 or 10 takes one away. 2 or fewer: buy. 3 to 5: both. 6 or more: build.

## The three answers

- **2 or fewer: Buy a platform today.** Sometimes HubSpot is the right answer. [See how we work](https://cruxlabs.com.au/how-we-work)
- **3 to 5: Both: keep the platform, build the part that hurts.** [See how we work](https://cruxlabs.com.au/how-we-work)
- **6 or more: Build it: a Business Operating System pays back.** [See the Business Operating System](https://cruxlabs.com.au/services/business-operating-system)
