## The challenge

The driver did quoting, confirmations, payments, reminders and review requests by hand: 15 to 30 minutes of admin for every booking, often late at night.

## What we built

A booking engine with zone pricing, an admin for quotes, bookings, payments and revenue, Stripe invoicing, six automatic emails across the booking lifecycle, SMS reminders, campaigns, a blog, ad landing pages, an installable web app, and AI that reads a free-text request and drafts the booking, and drafts marketing copy.

## How the automation works

A request arrives by form, email or text. The AI drafts the booking. The owner adds the price and approves it. Confirmation, reminders, payment and the review request send themselves.

## What changed

- **Close to $300K**: revenue in under 10 months, with the system, the ads and our advice. Measured: owner-reported revenue through the system, 4 October 2026.

Real code, a database hosted in Sydney, card payments, SMS, maps, the Claude AI model.
