Crux Labs is a software studio founded in Melbourne in 2024. We build the systems Australian services businesses run on, in code they own, with AI agents doing the admin and people making the decisions. Every business has one knot that holds everything up. We find it, untie it, and build the system around it. Built in Melbourne, working Australia-wide.

Crux Labs is led by its founder, Muhammad Awais, who builds client systems with AI agents every day and runs the AI Workflow Sprint himself. The method we use on client systems is the same one we teach in the Sprint: plan the change, describe it, test it, and release it only after the checks pass.

## Small on purpose. In-house on principle.

Melbourne since 2024, on client sites across Australia. Professional indemnity A$2M, public liability A$10M, held by Crux Labs Pty Ltd.

- **First plan to shipped system, in-house.** Nothing is handed to a third party. The people who map the problem write the code and run it.
- **A handful of projects at a time.** Enough to stay sharp, few enough that every one gets full attention.
- **Products and client work.** We run our own product, PropyChat, so we live with our own decisions every day.
